Outbound Exchange Student Drop-in Hours

Any questions about the Outbound Exchange Program?

Students are welcome to visit the Division of Global Academic Collaboration (Administration Building 1F-R110) during these hours without an appointment.

🕑 Tuesday 14:00–16:00

🕑 Wednesday 14:30–16:30

🕙 Thursday 10:00–12:00

 Students are welcome to visit the office during the above-mentioned hours for assistance with or inquiries about exchange program matters, such as extensions of graduation, document signing, and credit transfer.

 Outside these hours, walk-in visits are generally not available. For special requests or other inquiries, please complete the online form. All inquiries must be submitted through the form; individual email inquiries will not be answered.
