Introduction
The Rotary Yoneyama Memorial Foundation Taiwan was established by former Yoneyama scholarship recipients who returned from Japan. Founded on December 7, 1997, the foundation introduces the “Counselor System” experienced in Japan. This program aims to support young Japanese graduate students studying and conducting research in Taiwan, while fostering interaction with Taiwanese Yoneyama alumni and promoting exchange in society, culture, academia, and technology between Taiwan and Japan.

Scholarship Details
(1) Number of Awards: 3–6 recipients
(2) Duration: 12 months (September 2026 – August 2027)
(3) Amount: NTD 25,000 per month

Regulations
(1) In principle, recipients are not allowed to return to their home country or travel abroad during the scholarship period
(2) Changing graduate schools is not permitted
(3) If recipients graduate during the scholarship period, the scholarship will be terminated
(4) Recipients are required to attend monthly Rotary meetings and annual events designated by the foundation
(5) Travel, tuition, and accommodation expenses are not covered
