The 2025 budget for the “NTHU Graduate Students Attending International Conferences Subsidy” has been fully allocated, and new applications are no longer accepted.

The subsidy is expected to reopen after the 2026 budget is approved (around April–May). Eligible conferences will generally be those held from January to early December, with the exact cutoff depending on the Comptroller’s annual reimbursement deadline. (Students may retroactively apply for conferences held from January up to the reopening date, provided all required documents are submitted within the specified timeframe.)
