Contestant Eligibility:
a.Qualification for entry into the contest requires foreign students to be enrolled in an educational
institution in Taiwan. The contestant needs to be at least 18 years of age, and does not hold R.O.C
nationality. (Students from China, Hong Kong, and Macau and overseas Chinese students are
excluded)
b.In order to encourage new applicants, any prize winners (1st prize through to 4th prize) from the 2024
contest are not eligible to apply.
c.All contestants of whom either their or parent’s first language or official language is Chinese (including
dialects) are not eligible to apply for the fairness of the contest.

Activity Period:
a. Registration Period: September 1 (Mon.) to October 13 (Mon.), 2025
b. Sequence: Making public on the website of Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall before October 17 (Fri.),
2025
c.Contest Date: 10 am, November 25 (Tue.), 2025

Registration Method:
a.The total number of applicants is limited to 60. We will stop accepting applications once we reach 60
applicants. The list of contestants will be posted on “News” of the organizer’s official website.
b.Mailing registration only. Please be sure to fill out and send the registration form, stamped with the
official stamp to signify approval from the contestants’ schools or institutions and attached with the
passport copy, before October 13, 2025 (due day included, based on the postmark) by registered mail to
the following address: NATIONAL DR. SUN YAT-SEN MEMORIAL HALL EXTENSION

SERVICE DIVISION No.505, Sec.4, Ren-ai Rd., Taipei. Please download the "Registration Envelope
Cover” and firmly attach it to the standard B4 envelope for the registration form. Late or incomplete
applications and further replacement will not be accepted.
c.If a round seal of a school department or institution is stamped, the official seal of the undertaker must be
also affixed as proof.
d.The number of applicants and contesting order will be based on the organizer’s registered time of
receiving the registration forms. If more than one registration forms are received at the same time, the
order arrangement will depend on the “date and time of postal delivery” from Chunghwa Post’s
domestic registered mail tracking system.
