為提升交換學生諮詢服務品質及維持行政作業效率，自2026年6月18日起實施固定諮詢時段（Drop-in Hours）。

開放時間：

• 每週二 14:00–16:00
• 每週四 10:00–12:00

歡迎學生於上述時段前來全球學術合作組(行政大樓110室)辦理出國交換計畫相關事宜(延畢申請、文件簽名、學分抵免)。

• 非開放時段原則上不受理臨時來訪，如有特殊需求請填寫預約表單。
• 一般行政問題（如申請資格、作業流程、文件繳交等）請優先參閱網站公告。

To improve advising quality and ensure efficient administrative operations, Outbound Exchange Student Advising Drop-in Hours will be available as follows:

• Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Thursday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Students are welcome to visit Division of Global Academic Collaboration(Administration Building 1F-R110) during these hours without an appointment.

Outside the designated drop-in hours, walk-in consultations are generally not available. If you require a consultation outside these hours, please complete the appointment request form.
