• 週三 14:30–16:30
• 週四 10:00–12:00

歡迎學生於上述時段前來辦理或諮詢出國交換計畫相關事宜(延畢申請、文件簽名、學分抵免)。

• 非開放時段原則上不受理臨時來訪，如有特殊需求或相關提問，請填寫表單。學生一律透過表單進行線上提問，個別來信恕不回覆。
• 一般行政問題（如申請資格、作業流程、文件繳交等）請優先參閱網站公告。

Students are welcome to visit the Division of Global Academic Collaboration (Administration Building 1F-R110) during these hours without an appointment.

🕑 Tuesday 14:00–16:00

🕑 Wednesday 14:30–16:30

🕙 Thursday 10:00–12:00

 Students are welcome to visit the office during the above-mentioned hours for assistance with or inquiries about exchange program matters, such as extensions of graduation, document signing, and credit transfer.

 Outside these hours, walk-in visits are generally not available. For special requests or other inquiries, please complete the online form. All inquiries must be submitted through the form; individual email inquiries will not be answered.

 For general administrative questions, such as application eligibility, procedures, and document submission, please refer to the relevant announcements and information on our website first.
