【雙聯博士徵案】2027年國立清華大學與澳洲麥覺理大學 Global PhD 合作研究計畫徵求提案（截止：2026年10月31日）

國立清華大學與澳洲麥覺理大學（Macquarie University, MQ）共同徵求 2027年 Global PhD 雙聯博士合作研究計畫提案。歡迎兩校具博士生指導資格的教師共同規劃研究計畫，培育由兩校共同指導的博士生。

一、徵件期間與申請方式

即日起至 2026年10月31日（星期六）臺灣時間晚間9時59分止。

兩校指導教授須共同填寫申請表，並分別向所屬學校提交。清大教師請將申請資料寄至全球事務處全球學術合作組承辦人信箱：bzhao@mx.nthu.edu.tw；MQ教師請寄至 gr.globalprograms@mq.edu.au。

二、提案資格與研究領域

每案須由清大及MQ各一位具博士生指導資格的教師擔任主要指導教授，並由雙方共同研擬提案。每位教師於本次徵案中至多擔任一件提案的主要指導教授。各學院領域均可申請；下列研究主題得優先考量：

1. 行銷與資訊系統（Marketing and Information Systems）

2. 法律與倫理（Law and Ethics）

3. 智慧感測與奈米科技（Smart Sensing and Nanotechnology）

4. 生物智慧與健康創新（Bio-Intelligent Health Innovation）

提案亦鼓勵說明人工智慧（AI）與研究主題的關聯及應用。

三、計畫與學生修業安排

兩校預計於2027年各提供至多5個獎助名額。計畫通過後，由指導團隊徵選學生；學生仍須分別申請並獲兩校錄取，始得參與雙聯博士計畫。

學生於兩校共同註冊期間最長為36個月，研究與獎助期間原則上於兩校各安排一半時間。學生須先於清大完成相關博士學位通常畢業課程總學分至少三分之一的修課要求，方可開始兩校共同註冊；所需清大單獨註冊期間依課程安排約為4至12個月。各系所的資格考試及其他修業要求，請於提案中具體說明。

四、審查重點與預定時程

提案將依研究品質（60%）、兩校合作對研究計畫的增益（20%），以及研究培訓環境品質（20%）進行審查。預定時程如下：

• 2026年11月10日前：完成提案審查並公布結果。

• 2026年11月16日至2027年1月8日：開放有意申請的學生提出意向。

• 2027年1月18日前：指導團隊提名優先錄取學生。

• 2027年1月31日前：學生向兩校提出正式入學申請。

• 2027年9月／10月：預計分別於清大／MQ開始計畫或入學。

Call for Proposals: 2027 NTHU–Macquarie University Global PhD Projects (Deadline: 31 October 2026)

National Tsing Hua University (NTHU) and Macquarie University (MQ) invite proposals for the 2027 Global PhD joint research program. Academics eligible to supervise doctoral students at both universities are welcome to develop collaborative research projects and jointly supervise PhD candidates.

1. Application Period and Submission

Applications are open until 9:59 p.m. Taiwan time on Saturday, 31 October 2026.

Supervisors from the two universities must complete the application form jointly and submit it to their respective universities. NTHU supervisors should email their applications to bzhao@mx.nthu.edu.tw. MQ supervisors should email their applications to gr.globalprograms@mq.edu.au.

2. Eligibility and Research Areas

Each proposal must have one principal supervisor from NTHU and one from MQ. Both must be eligible to supervise doctoral students and must develop the proposal collaboratively. An academic may be named as a principal supervisor on only one proposal in this round.

Proposals from all NTHU colleges and MQ faculties are welcome. Priority may be given to projects in the following areas:

1. Marketing and Information Systems
2. Law and Ethics
3. Smart Sensing and Nanotechnology
4. Bio-Intelligent Health Innovation

Applicants are also encouraged to consider the relevance and use of artificial intelligence (AI) in their proposals.

3. Project and Student Study Arrangements

Each university expects to support up to five awards in 2027. Following project approval, the supervisory team will select a preferred student applicant. The student must then apply to and be admitted by both universities to participate in the Global PhD program.

Joint enrolment at both universities may last up to 36 months. The student’s research and scholarship periods should generally be divided equally between the two universities. Before commencing joint enrolment, the student must complete coursework at NTHU amounting to at least one-third of the coursework credits normally required for graduation from the relevant NTHU doctoral degree. Depending on course availability and the required coursework load, the period of NTHU-only enrolment may range from four to twelve months. Proposals should specify any qualifying examinations and other candidature requirements of the relevant NTHU academic unit.

4. Assessment Criteria and Indicative Timeline

Proposals will be assessed on scientific quality (60%), the value added through collaboration between NTHU and MQ (20%), and the quality of the research training environment (20%). The indicative timeline is:

• By 10 November 2026: Assessment completed and outcomes announced.
• 16 November 2026 – 8 January 2027: Expressions of interest open to prospective students.
• By 18 January 2027: Supervisory teams nominate their preferred student applicants.
• By 31 January 2027: Students submit formal applications to both universities.
• September/October 2027: Anticipated commencement at NTHU/MQ, respectively.
