若國際會議於公告前舉行，或於公告後一週內舉行，可於公告發布後一個月內補辦申請；其他情況請依原申請流程辦理。
The subsidies for this year will only be open for application after the funding has been approved and officially announced.
If an international conference takes place before the announcement or within one week after the announcement, a retroactive application may be submitted within one month of the announcement. For all other cases, please follow the original application process.
