【Notice】 Do Not Bring or Mail Animal Quarantine Items from Overseas

Around the Mid-Autumn Festival, the demand for gift-giving increases. Based on previous years’ data, cases involving the illegal importation of animal quarantine items are also expected to increase during this period.

To prevent major transboundary animal diseases, such as African swine fever (ASF), foot-and-mouth disease (FMD), lumpy skin disease (LSD), and highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI), from entering Taiwan, please do not bring or send animal quarantine items into Taiwan by international courier, postal parcel, or other means.
