Motorbike License Application Process and Driving Training Subsidy Pamphlets (Chinese and Multilingual Versions)

To reduce the risk of traffic accidents involving foreigners in Taiwan and to help international students develop proper driving knowledge and road safety skills, the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC) encourages international students to attend motorbike training courses and provides related training subsidies.

The attached pamphlets issued by the Highway Bureau, MOTC include information on motorbike training and license application procedures. They are available in Chinese, English, Vietnamese, Indonesian, and Thai. Those who are interested are welcome to download the files for more information.

Please note that this subsidy program is available only until November 30 this year. The subsidy amount may vary depending on the training course. If you plan to obtain a motorbike license, don’t miss this opportunity.
