To encourage students to engage in international academic exchange, the NTHU Subsidy for Student Participation in International Conferences is now open for applications.
(Undergraduate students and poster presentations are eligible for this year’s subsidy.)
The subsidy funding for this year has been approved, and applications are now open.
If your international conference was held before the announcement date (Monday, March 30) or will be held within two weeks after the announcement (April 1–14), you may submit a retroactive application within one month of the announcement, no later than Thursday, April 30.
For all other cases, please follow the standard application procedure on our website for the NTHU Subsidy for Student Participation in International Conferences.
If you are also applying for funding from the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), please do not proceed with reimbursement in advance. Expenses must be processed under cost-sharing arrangements in accordance with the relevant regulations.
