【Ambassador Lecture: France】

When we think of France, images of the romantic Eiffel Tower , the serene Seine River , and the artistic brilliance of the Louvre and Musée d’Orsay  naturally come to mind.Yet France is not only a symbol of culture and fashion  — it also plays a vital role in European and global affairs . From climate action  and EU policy  to Indo-Pacific strategic cooperation , France continues to demonstrate its active engagement on the world stage.

In recent years, France and Taiwan have strengthened their exchanges in culture, education , technology , and innovation .

This time, NTHU Global Program is honored to invite Franck Paris , Director of the French Office in Taipei, to deliver a special lecture on how France advances cultural diplomacy and international cooperation to deepen mutual understanding and connections with Taiwan .
