Stop subsidizing for "National Tsing Hua University’s Graduate Students Attending International Conferences Subsidy"

Starting today, applications for the 2024 NTHU "Graduate Student Subsidy for Attending International Conferences" are closed due to the impending reimbursement deadline for the fiscal year. Applications for next year's subsidies will open after the budget is approved and announced.
