NTHU International Student Scholarship on-line application for current Spring semester students will start from January 30 to February 6 , 2023

  •  Eligibility：
  1. Second-year to fifth-year PhD students in spring semester 2023
  2. second-year master students in spring semester 2023 (second-year to third year master students who are in College of Humanities and Social Science, Department of Educational Psychology and Counseling – Counseling Psychology and International Intercollegiate MS Program – MA is Teaching Chinese as a Second/Foreign Language)
  3. Second-year to fourth-year bachelor students in spring semester 2023. Please submit the application to IBP office if you are IBP students by Email (ibp@my.nthu.edu.tw). 
  • Application period: for current Spring students will start from January 30th to February 6th, 2023.

  • Awarded period: February 2023 to January 2024.

Please be notified that you will have to submit all the materials (No.1 ~ 5) on line.

1.     Application form,

2.     An official Transcript in Chinese

3.     Study plan or statement of purpose,

4.     Photo (same as passport required),

5.     2 Recommendation letters

6.     Academic Performance Evaluation Form (For Doctoral Students only)

Note 1: For NTHU Scholarship Applicants of spring 2023, please DO NOT PAY the tuition bill for spring semester 2023 until you receive our notification email.  We will update your tuition bill after your NTHU Scholarship result come out (The result will come out during March 14-15, 2023).

Note 2: Due to the Chinese Lunar New Year Holidays (1/20-1/29,2023) and the application & reviewed working times, the result of NTHU scholarship spring 2023 will come out during March 14-15, 2023.  If you awarded NTHU scholarship Type A, you will receive the monthly stipend of February and March in the end of March 2023.
