【消息轉知】內政部移民署公告:(110)年8月1日起居留證全面使用線上系統辦理，不再受理臨櫃申請。

NIA announcement: Since August 1st 2021,foreign students' ARC only can be applied on online system. 

有關外國籍學位學生申辦外僑居留證，自本(110)年8月1日起，全面使用內政部移民署「外國與外僑學生線上申辦系統」辦理，不再受理臨櫃申請。

National Immigration Agency (NIA) announces that foreign students only can apply for ARC on the online system instead of applying at the counters from August 1st, 2021.
